Dans les groupes de Death Métal Mélodique qui font parler d'eux, on trouve Insomnium, un "jeune" groupe qui a pour l'instant sorti un seul album, Above The Weeping World.
Le son se rapproche pas mal de Dark Tranquillity, tout en étant différent. J'ai beau être un inconditionnel de Dark Tranquillity, j'avoue que plusieurs chansons d'Insomnium m'ont profondément marqués et font partie des mes chansons favorites. Comme je suis un gentil lapin, je vous mets deux chansons (l'une sélectionnée par Bubus, l'autre par moi-même)

Le son se rapproche pas mal de Dark Tranquillity, tout en étant différent. En matière de Death Métal Mélodique, on a assez rapidement deux catégories : les dieux et les autres. Les dieux, les très connus, les mythiques, c'est In Flames, Soilwork (enfin eux plus maintenant), etc, avec en tête et en maîtres incontestés (et incontestables) Dark Tranquillity. Mais parfois on a des bonnes surprises, puisqu'on aperçoit de temps en temps des groupes qui, sans être des légendes, ont du potentiel.
La majorité d'entre eux sont Suédois ou Finlandais, mais il se trouve que ce n'est pas le cas de In Drama, groupe de Death Mélodique français, dont beaucoups de chroniques font déjà l'éloge. Et on comprend pourquoi.
Si le groupe n'a pour l'instant sorti qu'un Demo CD, on sent qu'ils ont un sacré potentiel.

In Drama possède un joli site officiel sur lequel sont disponibles les cinq chansons du démo CD en DDL libre, donc je vous conseille d'y jeter un oeil, c'est par là.
Sinon, si vous êtes vraiment des fainéants ils ont un myspace tout en anglais par ici.
